Sony PS5 India: Website Accidentally Reveals the Release Date 19 November

Sony PS5 India release date

Sony PlayStation 5 is coming to the market globally within a few weeks. PS5 is Sony’s next-generation video game console. The pre-orders for the new console started in the US last month. Because of high demand, most of the customers were not able to order it. Recently, the Sony Website has accidentally revealed the release date of PS5 in India.

PS5 Release Date of India is Not Yet Confirmed

Sony PS5 India

Sony has put up the release date of PlayStation 5 in India as of November 19, 2020. However, the date was pulled up, so we are not sure if the date is final or not. PS5 is releasing on November 12 in a few countries like the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Mexico, and South Korea.

And for the other countries, Sony has set the release date as November 19. The release date of India is not known. As officially, nothing is confirmed. As per the reports, the official website of PS5 India has shown the release date, but it might not be true.

Though we don’t know the release date of PS5 in India, we know the prices for the console. Sony has officially announced the price of PS5 in India, at Rs.49,990 for the regular edition. The digital edition of PS5 is priced at Rs.39,990.

Price for the Accessories of PS5 in India

  • DualSense Wireless Controller price is Rs.5,990.
  • The price for an HD Camera is Rs.5,190
  • Pulse 3D Wireless Headset price is Rs.8,590
  • DualSense Charging Station price is Rs.2,590
  • And the Media Remote price is Rs.2,590

Price for PS5 Games in India

As of now, only a few of the games are revealed for PS5.

  • Demon’s Soul, Destruction Allstars, and Marvel Spiderman Miles Morales: Ultimate Edition is priced at Rs 4,999.
  • Sackboy A Big Adventure and Marvel Spiderman: Miles Morales price is Rs 3,999.

Recently, there was a PS5 India trademark issue, which was solved, and then the Sony website showed the released date of India. However, this release date is not true as most of the international pages of PS5 were updated after the global launch teaser was out.

The release date 19th November is for a global launch and not for India. The other reason why we cannot find this date true is, there is no pre-order buzz in India. If you check other regions with the release date, it has a buzz of pre-order.

Sony has not confirmed the release date officially, so wait for the official confirmation. But, we can expect Sony can launch PS5 in India in December 2020.
