Last month Xiaomi has launched Mi Watch Lite globally. However, the gadget is not yet available in the Indian market. But as per the latest reports, Mi Watch Lite will be soon launched in the country as it has been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Certification website.

Mi Watch Lite is the global version of the Redmi Watch. The company has listed the watch on the global website, but the price and other details are not revealed. However, a tipster Mukul Sharma has spotted Mi Watch Lite on the BIS website, which hints the watch can be launched soon in India.

In the post you can see, the watch is listed as “Redmi”, which suggests that the launch is a rebranded Redmi watch. The latest smartwatch has 11 workout modes and it is said that the battery life is up to nine days.
The model number of Mi Watch Lite on BIS certification is REDMIWT02. No other details are out, so we can only guess that the smartwatch is coming soon in India. The Redmi smartwatch that was launched last month is available in different colors like Pink, Ivory, Olive, Navy Blue, and Black straps.
The Redmi watch price in China is CNY 299 (approx. Rs. 3,400). As the Mi Watch Lite is a rebranded version, we can expect a similar price for the Indian version also.

Mi Watch Lite will have a 1.4-inch square LCD display. There are 11 sports modes, including open water swimming, Cricket, indoor cycling, walking, and more. There is a 5ATM resistance with which it works up to 50 meters of water. It has a 230mAh power-packed battery. There are few health features like heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring, and breathing exercises.
The Mi Watch Lite also has weather, clock, alarm, notifications, and music controls. There are more than 120 watch faces and emojis. It also has a find phone, flashlight, timer, and stopwatch feature.
However, the official announcement is yet to be made, so wait for the official launch date of Mi Watch Lite in India.
